Order Status
Stay up-to-date with your order from placement to delivery. Here’s how you can check the status of your orders with Premium Mart Online.
1. How to Check Your Order Status
- Step 1: Go to your My Account page.
- Step 2: Click Order History.
- Step 3: Select the order you want to check.
You’ll see:
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Payment Status
- Shipping Status
- Estimated Delivery Date
2. Order Status Definitions
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Your order has been received but payment is not yet confirmed. |
| Processing | Payment confirmed. We are preparing your order for shipment. |
| Shipped | Your order has left our warehouse. A tracking number has been provided. |
| In Transit | Your order is on its way. Check your tracking for real-time updates. |
| Delivered | Your order has arrived at the shipping address. |
| Canceled | Your order has been canceled and payment (if any) has been refunded. |
| Returned | Your order has been returned to us. Refunds processed according to our Return Policy. |
3. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can also track your order directly in your My Account > Order History.
- For international orders, tracking updates may take a few days to appear in the carrier system.
4. Issues With Your Order
If your order is:
- Lost – Contact support immediately. We will investigate with the carrier.
- Delayed – Check tracking and allow for customs or carrier delays.
- Incorrect / Damaged – Report to our support team within 7 days of delivery.
